La Ligne
La Ligne is a self-guided interactive installation built around an Arduino controller, two push buttons and a 15-metre LED strip. Visitors were invited to discover and play without mediation. The device offered three games:
- Simon-style memory game: players watched a sequence of lights and repeated it with the buttons, without making a mistake.
- Reaction-time challenge: when the light went out, each player had to press their button as quickly as possible.
- Light-snake duel: a moving light travelled toward the other player, who had to press at the last possible moment to send it back. The exchange continued until one player let the light reach and bite its own tail.
Presented at the Festival des lumières de Caylus in 2024.
